Powder applicators for calendering lines

For products like Calendered Rubber Goods and coated fabrics we offer you our Powder Dusting Machine with a max. working width from 500 mm up to 3000 mm.

As optional extra we offer rotating brushes inside the machine to take away the surplus powder and for even equalisation of the powdered surface. The position and the speed are adjustable for optimum results.

All machines are equipped with a PLC system and with our high efficient self-cleaning filter system Type APC. This filter system is keeping clean the operators area – without the need of an external dust extraction. The powder quantity on the surface can be adjusted by a potentiometer at the control panel during the running production. All machines are meeting the CE- rules.

Multi Powder System

With this innovative design we are meeting the demand of a number of customers using different powders on the same production line.

Changing from Talcum to Stearates is now easy done within appr. 15 min. Sofar it was not possible without using a separate machine.

This reduces the investment cost and guarantees less dead time for changing process.
